Governing Structure

How NutriCare International is governed, managed and held accountable.

Corporate Governance

NutriCare recognises and embraces the crucial role of Corporate Governance and Risk Management in building confidence and trust with our community and creating superior value for our shareholders.

Our corporate governance framework has been designed in line with global best practices for Corporate Governance and the country-specific development framework in which we operate.

The Board of Advisors is responsible for overseeing management's performance on behalf of the organisation. Its primary duties are to oversee the Executive Management, who is charged with senior management, governance and control responsibilities to run the organisation on a daily basis, and to monitor management's performance and adherence to the agreed corporate standards.

In discharging its duties, the Board delegates specific responsibilities to specific committees operating within clearly defined terms of reference and reporting to the full board. We adopt a combination of independent and complementary risk management systems, processes and structures to ensure sustainability of our business model.
